- As it is a legal requirement in Singapore to be 18 years old and above to purchase alcohol, the same regulation applies when ordering from us.
- Resaca reserves the rights to request for and check your photo ID upon the self-collection or receipt of your delivery.
A: Resaca currently does not have a minimum order.

A: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
A: Do reach out to us at if you would like to make any changes to your order. However, please do take note that we are unable to make changes for items that are already prepared or have a different price value.
Please note that all orders made are strictly non-refundable.
A: We accept all major credit cards as well as bank transfer. Please whatsapp a screenshot of the bank transfer to +65 8468 0834 to complete the order. 


- We charge S$10 per delivery location.
- In case of absence or wrong address provided, a re-delivery charge of S$10 applies.
- Currently, for our first year of operations, we are offering free delivery till further notice.
- Unfortunately, we only deliver within 3 days of the confirmed order.
- Orders placed after 5pm will be considered as the next day's order.
- We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. Hence, orders made on such days will be delivered within 3 business days of the following work day.
- Delivery will be made between 11.00am-9.00pm. As our delivery is done by an external party, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timing
- For any changes in delivery address, please do notify us immediately at
- However, once the delivery is made to the wrong address and a re-delivery is needed, we regret to inform you that an additional surcharge of $10 applies per delivery location.

A: Currently, Resaca only accepts orders in Singapore. However, we look forward to extending our products internationally in the future!


A: Yes! You can self-collect your purchase by notifying us in the delivery options. We will arrange the self-collect timing separately.

A: For bulk orders (i.e., orders with four or more of the same bottle), delivery will be made within three days after confirmation!


A:Unfortunately, Resaca strictly does not accept any cancellation of orders or provide any refunds after an order is confirmed.
- Resaca takes great pride in providing excellent product quality. Hence, we are unable to accept any returns other than the following exceptions:
- Broken seal upon delivery
- Damaged products upon delivery (E.g. Chipped Glass Bottle)

- However, once the client has accepted the physical delivery of the product, these exceptions will no longer be valid. Hence, please ensure that you check your products properly upon delivery!

- Resaca does not provide any sort of refunds.

A: The shelf life of our spirits is indefinite if unopened. Once it is opened and stored under the right conditions, we would recommend consuming it within a year for best quality.
